Vingerklip Lodge lies between Khorixas and Outjo, near a bizarre rock formation, the Vingerklip, which looks like an index finger pointing upwards. Guests stay in tastefully decorated chalets with reed roofs on the Ugab terraces. From the Eaglesnest Restaurant, one has a view of the entire highlands of the region, at sunsets, red glowing mountain plate was make up the horizon. From the lodge itself, one can take long walks: Giraffes, elands,zebras, kudus oryx's, springbok, impala, warthogs and monkeys visit the nearby waterholes and can be seen when talking a walk.
