Fair, honest and reliable

In August 2016 I went on a three-week round trip with friends and family through Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana - a total of 10 people. Elizabeth de Beer from African Desk had organized the whole tour for us, advised us about lodges and hotels, what is worth seeing and what not, and coordinated the car rental. For such a trip you sometimes have to improvise because not every lodge is available at all times. In such cases Elizabeth never got tired of finding the best alternatives for us and indeed she has always found something suitable for us. Thanks to her experience, we have had the most beautiful time we have ever had on our travels. Financial transactions have always been handled fairly, honestly and reliably.

If one day we should come back to Namibia, we will not hesitate to put the plans for the holiday preparations back into Elizabeth's hands.
